Obituary for Kenneth W. Henderson

Kenneth W. Henderson, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 8, 2018. He was born on Jan. 22, 1938 in Martinsville, IN to the late Dallas and Emma Kathleen Henderson. He retired from Boise Cascade He was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing cards, going to Vegas, watching sports especially I.U. Survivors include 3 children, Pam LaBolle, Charles (Sheila) Henderson and Teresa (David) Schondel, 3 step-children, Calvin (Charlotte) Brown, Debbie Altman, Cheryl Mitchell, 4 grandchildren, Brian and Mathew LaBolle, Erin Henderson and Breanna (Anthony) Webb, 2 great grandchildren, Masyn LaBolle and Lilly Jo, 2 siblings, Jackie (Bob) McElyea Darrell (Theresa) Henderson and his devoted companion Elsie Britton and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan and his granddaughter, Nikki Jo LaBolle and 4 siblings, Pauline and Paul Henderson, Eileen (Eddie) Steddenbenz, and Sharon Totton. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 2:00PM - 6:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 South State Road 135 and Olive Branch Road. Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday at 11:30 AM. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd UMC or the Donor’s favorite Charity.
