Obituary for Barbara Gean Howard

Barbara Gean Howard, 75, of Camby, passed away on January 28, 2018. She was born on May 17, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN to the late John and Marie Pauline Thibo She was a life long member of St. Ann Catholic Church. She retired from J.C. Penney and the Wayne Township Schools. She loved music and taught throughout her life and was a member of several bands. She also enjoyed fishing with her friends. Survivors include her sons, James A. (Kim) Howard and Michael J. (Donna) Howard, 4 grandchildren, Megan, Erin, Chasidy and T.J., 4 great grandchildren, Paityn, Brinley, Gabriel and Kieran, her sister, Donna Sickle, several nieces and nephews and several close friends. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 South State Road 135 and Olive Branch Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 11:00am at St. Ann Catholic Church, 6350 S. Mooresville Road, Indianapolis, IN. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St Ann Catholic Church.
